  Car was hit when it was parked, they sent it to engineering place for 2 weeks to fix the wheel and mechanics which this place is not capable of handling, on return instead of 3-5 business days guaranteed by Coles Insurance was told extra 1 full week wait because they were too "busy" - you accepted the car 2 weeks before so you could plan ahead and book it for panel repair on return from your engineering place! Anyway, spoke to manager so pickup on Fri "was a possibility". On Fri the manager was off and I could not find a single person in charge, just blunt receptionist ("we never give 100% guarantee when the car would be ready") + workshop guys who don't speak to customers. 3 full weeks without the car just to repair the damage when someone hit in the corner while parked - very unhappy! The car could be disassembled and reassembled in less time!

  The staff here are all super professional, friendly and efficient. Brought in my car, paperwork was all ready, vehicle status updates gave peace of mind and collection was easy. Hats off to a restoration of my baby which was nothing short of flawless. Thanks team *****

  Stay away from this place, told me using new parts, but fitted second hand even with a big hole in it.
